i scream, you scream, we all scream for dairy free, vegan ice cream! layer it up with a homemade chocolate sauce and some peanut butter for a delicious and indulgent treat!
Dairy free, vegan "ice cream" sundae
- 2 cups dairy free milk of choice
- 1 cup french vanilla so delicious almond milk creamer
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- dairy free milk of choice
- sweetener of choice
combine the 2 cups dairy free milk with the creamer and mix well. pour all but 3/4 cup of the mixture evenly into an ice cube tray and freeze. once solid, add the ice cubes and the 3/4 cup of the leftover mixture into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. set aside.
in a small bowl, combine the baking cocoa with some dairy free milk and sweetener to make a chocolate sauce. layer this into a large glass. pour some of your "ice cream" into the glass, layer some more chocolate sauce and some peanut butter. repeat then top off the sundae with your chocolate sauce and enjoy.
