what's better than coffee cake? pumpkin spice flavored coffee cake. this is a delicious pumpkin spiced coffee oat cake that makes for a great dessert...or breakfast....or dinner ;)

q Directions

Pumpkin spice coffee (oat) cake

1 egg
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 scoop @nfsports_ vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup puréed pumpkin
1 tsp baking powder
Sprinkle each cinnamon and nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in oven at 350 degrees f for 35-40 minutes. Let cool then drizzle with a cinnamon "icing" (greek yogurt + cinnamon + almond milk).
