Simple and healthy protein muffins are great the make on the weekends. They make for the perfect pre/post workout snack. They are also a super healthy dessert!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mash two bananas then add oats, egg, protein powder, dark cocoa powder, stevia and baking powder. Combine well. Coat a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray and using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter evenly into the muffin pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Remove after muffins are fully cooked and let sit for 5 minutes.
