What you need:
1 scoop -1st Phorm Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder
1 tsp- Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp- Cinnamon
1 scoop- glutamine powder (optional, but I put it in for joint health)
Ice
8 oz- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 medium- Banana

Combine above ingredients and Enjoy!
If you are feeling extra naughty add whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon for aesthetics :-)
