One of my daily staples, Low calorie, high in protein and delicious!
1. Heat non-stick pan on medium for 1 minute
2. Add 2 slices of turkey bacon to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Put 2 slices of whole wheat bread in the toaster
3. Flip bacon, and add 2 large eggs to the pan as well, cover and let cook until eggs are cooked to desired consistency (I prefer them having yolk).
4. Once toast, eggs, and bacon are done, set all on one slice of toast, add 1 tbsp ketchup, and cover
5. Enjoy your delicious egg sandwhich
