High Protein Lamb and Beef Greek Burger with a Mint Yogurt Sauce
50/50 Beef and Lamb Burger:
In a large bowl, mix the beef and lamb by hand. Add in the rest of the ingredients until evenly combined. Form into patties.
Drizzle olive oil in pan and when hot, cook about 4 minutes per side.(Note: Cook to your preferred level of done-ness)
Mint Yogurt Sauce:
4 oz. Fage 2% Greek Yogurt
5/6 baby carrots (about a handful)
2 TBSP Olive oil
2 TBSP Mint leaves
1 Garlic Clove
Black Pepper
Toss into food processor until carrots are nicely shredded in and sauce is relatively smooth.
Assemble with your choice of bun, lettuce wrap, (or in this case, gluten free waffles), spring mix, avocado, mint yogurt sauce and enjoy!
