4-Ingredient Crispy Dijon Dill Fish... Perfect clean cure for my fish and chips craving! Seriously so crispy and delicious and beyond easy!

² Ingredients

  •  8 oz, boneless, raw (yield after cooking) Baked or Broiled Catfish
  •  1 serving (9g) Puffed Rice Cake without Salt
  •  2 tsp Dill (Dried)
  •  2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
   

q Directions

Directions: Grind rice cake in food processor to make crumbs. Coat 2 x 4oz fish in Dijon, then bread with rice cake flakes. Sprinkle dill on top and bake on 350 for 10-15 minutes!
