Homemade and ready for the Big Game

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/2 dash Salt
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Onions
  •  0.1 tbsp Parsley
  •  2.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Frieda's Purple Potatoes
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 container) Fage Total Greek Yogurt Plain
   

q Directions

Cut Purple Potatoes into thin slices.

Pat dry with Paper Towel.

Lay on lightly sprayed sheet pan

Sprinkle with Garlic & Onion Powder

Bake on 375 for about 35 minutes, or until crispy

Add a drop of Coconut Oil into pan and saute Chopped Onions on Medium Heat until caramelized.

Mix with NonFat Greek Yogurt, Pinch of Salt & Pepper, and a dash of Dried Parsley.
