Smells and tastes just like the lemon cookies I used to love as a child!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Cream together the butter, sugar, maple syrup and egg. Mix in all the dry ingredients.
Fold in the minced lemon bail (or regular variety if you cannot find lemon basil) and the lemon zest. Mixture will be sticky!
Drop cookie-sized globs onto the baking sheet and bake @350 for 10 minutes!
