² Ingredients

  •  5 serving (serving = 1 slice) Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 wedge yields Lemon Juice
  •  1.5 tbsp chopped Chives
  •  3 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with Peel)
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Cabot Greek-Style Yogurt - Plain
   

q Directions

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cucumbers
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 t of minced garlic
- 1/2 t lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 pieces of cooked turkey bacon
- A few sprigs of chives

Directions
1. Combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, bacon, chives, and salt and pepper; refrigerate for at least 1 hour
2. Peel the cucumbers, leaving a few thin strips of peel still on the cucumber
3. Cut cucumbers into 1 inch slices
4. Using a small melon-baller, scoop out some of the seeds, leaving a little cup
5. Scoop a small spoonful of the filling into each and garnish with additional chives
