30 Minute (Healthy) Meal!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 4 oz) Perdue Lean Ground Turkey
  •  1 plum tomato Red Tomatoes
  •  1/2 large Red Onions
  •  1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Pastene Roasted Red Pepper
  •  1 tbsp, drained Capers
  •  1 10 medium Green Olives
  •  1 tbsp Cumin
  •  1 tbsp Garlic Powder
   

q Directions

In a large skillet, brown a 20oz pkg of lean ground turkey

In a food processor, pulse:
4-5 Campari Tomatoes
1/2 of a Large Red Onion
1 Scallion

When turkey is cooked through, add tomato mix and season with garlic powder, cumin & black pepper

Let simmer for about 8-10 minutes, then add:
1/2 of a Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
2 TB Capers (rinsed)
About 10-12 Chopped Green Olives (rinsed)

Remove from heat after 2 minutes

Serve with Brown Rice or Salad - ENJOY!

**ChefTiffy Tip**
If your tomatoes do not produce enough “juice”, add some vegetable stock
