³ Description

This is an extremely quick recipe that's very high in protein, extremely low in carbs and moderate on the fats! Flavoursome, fragrant and creamy as hell!

² Ingredients

  •  175 g Chicken Breast
  •  50 g Onions
  •  1/2 clove Garlic
  •  2 g Cilantro (Coriander)
  •  1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving) Asian Home Gourmet Indian Korma Curry Paste
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kame Coconut Milk
  •  100 ml Almond Milk
  •  25 g Cashew Butter
   

q Directions

Fry onion and garlic until softened
Add the chicken breast and continueon a medium heat until just cooked
Once chicken is just cooked, add in coriander, nutmeg and seasonings for a minute or 2 to release aromas
Then add in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, simmering to desired consistency
