This is an extremely quick recipe that's very high in protein, extremely low in carbs and moderate on the fats! Flavoursome, fragrant and creamy as hell!
Fry onion and garlic until softened
Add the chicken breast and continueon a medium heat until just cooked
Once chicken is just cooked, add in coriander, nutmeg and seasonings for a minute or 2 to release aromas
Then add in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, simmering to desired consistency
