This tasted like a slice of pumpkin pie! It's low in fat and high in protein, as well as delicious and tasty just like the dessert we all know and love
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup pure canned pumpkin
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
10 ice cubes
1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk (or ration it out with some water, or a bit of both - just need 1.5 cups of liquid)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 Stevia packets
1 tsp cinnamon or, ideally, pumpkin pie spice
(Optional: 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup)
