³ Description

This is filled with turkey, avocado, crispy kale chips and homemade Greek yogurt Tzatziki - a clean alternative to regular tzatziki, but just as delicious

² Ingredients

  •  0 serving (serving = 1 package) Fred Meyer Sliced Turkey
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 cap) Dole Portobello Mushroom Caps
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) Foster Farms Oven Roasted Turkey Slices
  •  1 cup, chopped Kale
  •  1/4 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (Peeled)
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt

q Directions

- Preheat the oven to 350

- To make the kale chips I sprayed a banking sheet with olive oil cooking spray, and spread out pieces of kale, after seasoning it (You can season it with whatever you want - I used some bbq flavoured seasoning)

- On the same baking tray I placed the two portobello mushrooms to heat them up for a bit - I seasoned them with italian vegetable seasoning

- Take out the mushrooms after they’ve warmed up for a few minutes, layering the “bottom” with sliced avocado, turkey, and whatever else you may want to put it in! I added “tzatiki”: 2 tbsp greek yogurt, sliced and diced cucumber, garlic powder, and dill weed seasoning - tastes SO yummy

- I took out the kale chips after a bit less than 10 minutes and put a few in the “burger" and ate the rest on the side. I then sprinkled the "burger" with a few sesame seeds! :)
