Perfectly satisfies any sweet tooth. Who doesn't love dessert for breakfast?
Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cap vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp psyllium husk (makes them fluffier and adds fibre)
- 8 drops of red food coloring 😉 (the more you use the more red it be)
Instructions:
1. Blend everything together
2. Spray your pan with cooking spray and cook on medium heat for about 2 mins on each side
This makes two pancakes. You can double the ingredients for more servings! Also, you can substitute cocoa/cacao powder for chocolate whey protein powder
"Creamcheese" Frosting
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp fat free cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp psyllium husk
Instructions:
- Blend everything in a hand blender, add more honey or sweetener if you want it to be sweeter! They also taste amazing with sugar-free syrup on top of the icing :)
Note: the nutritional information includes the frosting, so just skip it if you'd rather just use syrup!
