These are so moist and delicious, with good fats from the almond flour, and no added sugar! Yum

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Mash bananas in a bowl, then whisk in the egg and egg whites
3. Add in the remaining wet ingredients
4. In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips)
5. Fold in chocolate chips
6. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter into muffin cups (grease them if you don't want them to stick)
7. Pop in the oven and bake for around 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
8. Let cool for 5 minutes
9. Add toppings! Shredded coconut, soy/nut butter, banana, chocolate chips...
