With no added sugars and low fat, this granola is a perfect addition to any snack! Delicious served as cereal, or on top of yogurt
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Put nuts in food processor
3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Mix apple sauce, syrup, honey, and maple extract separately, then add to the dry mixture
4. Press into a lined and greased baking sheet
5. Bake for 30 mins, shifting everything around every 10 minutes or so
6. After 30, let it broil for 3-5 minutes, being careful to check that it doesn’t burn
7. Take out and let cool
