Instructions:
1. Blend everything together
2. Cook in a sprayed pan on medium- heat for 5 mins then flip and cook for about another minute or so
I filled mine with peaches that I sprinkled with cinnamon and drizzled with honey, then microwaved for 30 seconds, and topped it with sugar free maple syrup
