² Ingredients

  •  160 g Chicken Breast
  •  1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  3 tsp Pepper or Hot Sauce
  •  1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  •  100 g Pineapple
  •  1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  3 serving 1 packet Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Heinz One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup
  •  3 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Pomi Chopped Tomatoes
   

q Directions

Fry the chicken and onion until no longer pink
add the rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10-15mins until the fruit and veg are soft and your favoured consistency is reached
