q Directions

1/4C Rice Nog, 1/2C Liquid Egg Whites, 3 Bananas, 3 scoops About Time Birthday Cake, 1/2C Oat Flour, 1/4C Toasted Wheat Bran, 2T Ground Flax Seeds, 1t Baking Powder, 1/2t Baking Soda, 1/4C Dried Cranberries, Coconut Oil Spray. Blend oats in a VitaMix to turn into a flour then add the rest of the dry ingredients to mix. Transfer to a bowl. Blend bananas, egg whites and nog, then slowly mix with dry ingredients. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil and bake at 350 for 50 mins.
