³ Description

A nutritious, light, crunchy, vegetable filled Vegan Salad featuring Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Onions over a bed of Baby Spinach and Romaine Hearts.

² Ingredients

  •  3 thin/small slice Tomatoes
  •  10 slice Cucumber (Peeled)
  •  2 tbsp chopped Onions
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 1/2 cups) Publix Hearts of Romaine Lettuce
  •  1.5 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
   

q Directions

Fill bowl with fresh, washed Baby Spinach followed by the Romaine Hearts.

Next, peel and slice cucumbers and place in circular pattern in the center of the bowl. Slice and dice the tomatoes and fill the middle of the cucumber circle with them. Lastly, place diced onions on top of tomatoes.

Finish with a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil.
