Long name, LOT of deliciousness, little prep work with just 10 simple ingredients! Best mug cake I have made yet... Who doesn't love cake?, and the kiwis make this the perfect sweet treat! Plus there's frosting, plus protein
For frosting: 1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp vanilla whey, 1/2 tbsp almond butter
Mix all cake ingredients (except kiwi)... Grease ramekin and line sides with sliced kiwi. Pour batter over it and microwave 3 minutes. Take out, let cool, and add mixed frosting and extra kiwi to top!
