I'm going lowcarb but wanted cookies...How about cookies sans flour? These actually turned out super tasty!
Combine all ingredients with a mixer. Spoon onto baking sheet and use a fork to cross-hatch dough and flatten slightly. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Easy peasy and delicious!? A must whirl!
