Pizza doesn't exactly get a pass for clean eating but when you do it right it sure can!
Crust:
unflavored protein powder
liquid egg whites
Flax Meal
Table blend Mrs. Dash ~ to taste
Toppings:
Medium Salsa
Goya Black Beans
Ground Turkey (cooked in saucepan ahead of time)
Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix ingredients together using a whisk to break up the protein powder
Cook crust first on stove top in oven safe pan~
Lightly sprayed with olive oil misted pan and cook as if it is a pancake
Add toppings
After adding toppings place in oven for 10 minutes Take it out and enjoy!!!
