The many flavors in these muffins combine perfectly for a sweet, refreshing taste!
INGREDIENTS:
â–¶ 300g of ripe banana, mashed (this was around 3 small-medium bananas, for those of you without a scale)
â–¶ 2 eggs
â–¶ 1/3 cup Liquid Egg Whites
â–¶ 3 scoops of COR-Fetti Cake Batter whey protein
▶ 1 1/4 cup Oat Flour (just take traditional oats, and stick em’ in your blender)
â–¶ 1/4 cup Milled Flax Seed
â–¶ 3 tbsp Coconut Butter
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preaheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 10 muffin tins.
2) Combine all wet ingredients.
3) Add in dry ingredients until well combined.
4) Bake for 15 minutes.
