A super simple and healthy version of a classic dessert!

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 oz (20 halves) Pecans
  •  3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 medium Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled)
  •  0.66 tbsp Maple Syrup
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Kellogg's All-Bran Buds
  •  0.12 serving (serving = 1 cup) Kirkland Signature Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Pie filling:
Mix together 1/2 a sweet potato mashed, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Option: sub stevia for syrup.
Crust:
Mix together 1/8 cup all-bran buds, 4 chopped pecans, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
Top:
Mix together 2 tbsp greek yogurt with 1 tsp natural peanut butter
