A heathy and delicious side dish! If you haven't tried brussels sprouts roasted, you are missing out!
Combine brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper in a ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with foil and roast at 400 for approx 30-40 min, tossing every 5 mins.
Options: add pecans, cranberries, bacon, parmesan cheese, etc!
