  •  0.12 cup Pumpkin (Without Salt, Canned)
  •  1/3 cup Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A)
  •  1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Quaker Large Flake Oats
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter
  •  0.66 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Chia Seeds
  •  0.12 serving (serving = 1 cup) Kirkland Signature Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

Oat Layer: Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and cinnamon.

Pumpkin Layer: Combine pumpkin, mashed banana, peanut butter and pumpkin pie spice.
