preheat oven to 350

Cover oatmeal with 1/2 c boiling water. Add almond milk, vanilla extract and honey.

Slice nectarines and layer them on the bottom of a ramekin. Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon then cover with oats and bake for 5 minutes!

Feel free to add a sprinkle of cinnamon or drizzle of honey on top!
