The classic Buffalo Wing taste without the guilt. A game day MUST!!!
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook all the way through.
Season with salt & pepper, add hot sauce. Give the mixture a good stir.
Remove from heat.
Stuff chicken mixture into the mini peppers.
SO EASY!
