Recipe:
-1c (113g) almond flour
-2Tbs (14g) coconut flour
-66g golden flaxseeds, ground
-1/3-2/3c erythritol (or another sugar sub)
-3oz grass fed ghee or coconut oil
-2 eggs
-cinnamon and ginger spice
1) grind flaxseeds into powder and mix together with almond and coconut flour
2) cream sugar sub and ghee together, then add eggs and mix
3) mix together steps 1 and 2
4) role dough out 1/4 inch thick between 2 sheets of wax paper
5) use cookie cutter to make shapes and place on tray
6) bake at 350 for ~20-30 min
