This miniature protein cheesecakes are perfect to curb cravings. Two micro bites equals one serving!
For this recipe I use the pan "Wilton 2105-4829 Easy Flex Silicone 12-Cup Mini Muffin" which I got off amazon.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a ziploc bag, crush graham cracker and golfish.
3. Mix in melted butter.
4. Disperse amongst the muffin pan and press down firmly.
5. Bake for 10 minutes and then let cool completely.
6. Combine cream cheese (room temp, or microwaved for 10 seconds) and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
7. Add in vanilla, truvia, egg whites, peanut butter protein, and cookie noookie peanut butter until well combined.
8. Disperse evenly among tray.
9. Top each with 1 chocolate chip and 1 peanut butter chip.
10. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
