PIZZA for breakfast !? Whaaaat the what?!? Is it pizza!? Is it an omelette ?! No! It's a pizza omelette, wish I could take credit for the breakfast masterpiece, but this gem is courtesy of one genius-kitchen-macro-diet-god: @optimal_strength
Add a blend of spices to the egg whites: oregano, thyme, basil, parsley & salt and pepper.
Pour egg whites into pan on high heat, cook flat until almost all egg white has cooked.
Add 1/4 c tomato and spread with spoon
Add cheese and pepperoni
Cover frying pan with lid or put in oven on low/broil to melt cheese & cook pepperoni (no more than 5 minutes) Et voila! Pizza omelette! Tastes like heaven! Not over exaggerating on this one !!
