³ Description

This is a perfect post-workout burger, it's got tons of protein to repair those torn muscles.

² Ingredients

  •  100 g Extra Lean Ground Beef
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (18 g)) Hulled Sunflower Seeds
  •  1 medium slice (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
  •  1 small leaf Lettuce
  •  1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
  •  1 tbsp chopped Onions
  •  1 tbsp Sweet Red Peppers
  •  1 cup Wheat Germ
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Great Value Honey Mustard
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bun) Great Value Hamburger Buns
   

q Directions

1. Preheat grill to medium

2. Put ground beef, sunflower seeds, onion, red pepper, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and knead with your hands until it's completely mixed.

3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.

4. Roll the patties in the wheat germ until they're completely covered

5. Grill your burgers for about 20 minutes (until well-done).

6. Place each burger on a bun and top with tomato, lettuce and mustard.
