Delicious high protein french toast! Great drizzled with sugar free syrup and banana's or PB2.
In a dish combine egg whites, protein powder, almond milk, truvia, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until combined, then add wheat bread and let soak up all ingredients. Spay pan with cooking spray and place the bread on the pan. Cook on low/medium heat. Any remaining mixture can be poured on top of the bread while it is still cooking. Flip and brown on both sides.
