q Directions

1. Combine water and protein powder. Shake to mix ingredients

2. In a blender, combine the protein shake, tofu, and chocolate syrup. Blend all of it until it's smooth and then move to a large bowl

3. In another large bowl, whip together the egg whites and stevia until stiff peaks form.

4. Gently mix the meringue into the protein mixture.

5. Evenly divide the mousse into 4 cups or small bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
