Low calorie, high protein, delicious treat that can be eaten as a snack, dessert, or even for breakfast!
Ingredients- 3/4cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 egg whites, 2Tbs oats (ground into flour), 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used optimum nutrition), 2 packets truvia, baking powder, cinnamon
-Preheat oven to 300 F.
-Grease a small loaf pan (9cm x 20cm) with nonstick cooking spray
-Mix all ingredients together and pour into loaf pan
-Bake for 30 min
