A clean quick and super easy mug cake that tastes extremely similar to pumpkin pie! Yumm!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Mix all ingredients together in small bowl, make sure you grease the mug before pouring mixture in. Nuke in the microwave for about 2 minutes or until mixture is cooked all the way through.

Coconut flour = 2 tbsp
Pumpkin= 2 tbsp
Almond Milk= 2 tbsp

For the topping I used:
1 tbsp plain 0% yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp honey
