Don't go to Starbucks when you can easily recreate this Pumpkin Spice Frappe with double the protein and no sugar!
In a blender, 7 ice cube, 2 cups of cold coffee, 1 scoop of vanilla whey, 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree, 10 drops vanilla stevia, and 2 tsp of pumpkin spice. Blend together and enjoy!
