My favorite Girl Scout Cookie turned health <3
Ingredients:
- 1 #questbar of choice
- 1st layer: 1 tbs whey protein + 1 tbs coconut flour + 3 tbs water
- 2nd layer: 3 tbs coconut flakes + 3 tbs walden farms caramel dip
- baking chocolate block melted (if you want additional sweetness, add honey)
Method:
-preheat oven to 380 F
- microwave quest bar :10 seconds
- break into 5 pieces form into donut shapes and FLATTEN!
- bake for 2-3 minutes, flip, and bake for 1 more minute
- let cool
- mix layer 1 ingredients, set aside
- let coconut shreds brown a bit on a pan on the Stove
- combine coconut with waldens caramel dip
-melt baking square and pour into a wide bowl
- spread layer 1 mix on each cookie
- spread coconut flake mix ontop of layer 1
- dip the bottom of each quest Samoa cookie into the melted chocolate
- drizzle chocolate over the samoas
- let harden in fridge or freezer
