A quick and yummy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
threw these together just now and they were quite tasty! This recipe only made those 4 bites as it was all the almond butter I had left, so multiply it if you want more. 1. In a mixing bowl combine 1/3 cup natural almond butter, 1/4 almond meal, 2 tablespoons of milk, and a tbsp of coconut oil. You may want to mash with a fork to thoroughly combine. 2. Add 4-5 drops of french vanilla stevia (or a dash of real vanilla extract) and mix in. 3. Stir in about 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips. 4. Roll into balls and let set in fridge to get that yummy cookie dough texture. That's it! Add a bit more almond meal if your dough is too runny, or a but more milk if its too sticky :)
