A healthy fun way to enjoy raw cookie dough dip! And it can be made in under 5 minutes.
Soak cashews for about 30 minutes, while you gather the other ingredients.
Rinse cashews. Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into blender.
Puree until smooth. The batter is thick, add more water as needed.
*If you prefer a more sweeter cookie dough dip replace the banana with 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey. Only use the water if needed.
