A simple waffle recipe that has a pancake texture! Soft and moist!

² Ingredients

  •  4 large Egg
  •  300 g Plantains
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Purity Farms Organic Ghee Clarified Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 8 fl oz) Redwood Hill Farm Goat Kefir
   

q Directions

Peel your plantains.
Toss all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Heat up waffle maker.
Pour batter into waffle maker and cook according to waffle maker directions.
We got 6 waffles.
Size and quantity may vary depending on waffle maker.
This could also be made as pancakes.
