³ Description

Chocolate peanut butter pop tarts! Quick delicious dessert/snack/ breakfast. No bake!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1 cup of pitted dates

4 tsp of oats

2 tbsp of PB2 mixed with 1 TBS of water

2 Tbs almond milk or milk of choice

1 tbs of honey

1 tsp cinnamon

2 Whole wheat tortillas



For peanut butter "icing" 2 tbsp of PB2 mixed with 1 TBS of water, 1 tbs of honey, 2 tbs of honey coconut flakes 2 tsps of dark chocolate chips


Steps:
Soak dates for 5 mins

Mix first six ingredienst in blender until dough is thick.

Stop and scrape the sides of the blender.

When dough is thick, divide and put in the center of each tortilla.

Fold all four sides of the tortillas into a pop tart shape.

Cook in a panini press, or on a skillet flipping to cook both sides. Once it's brown, set in the fridge to cool while you prepare the icing.

Put all the ingredients for the icing in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. Take out and mix.

Take out pop tarts from fridge, top with 1tbs of peanut butter icing each. Add coconut flakes to taste and 1 tspn of chocolate chips per pop tart.
