delicious protein packed way to get in veggies. recipe makes 5 medium pancakes.
grind oats to flour in blender
add in 1 packet of stevia
the baking powder
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
the cocoa and blend.
blend in egg whites and spinach.
Cook each pancake on a small pan in medium low heat.
When pancakes begins to bubble, flip.
Stack pancakes.
For Topping
mix greek yogurt
almond milk
1 packet of stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
mix well and cover pancakes with it.
Devour.
