³ Description

Rich red velvet protein brownies

² Ingredients

q Directions

2 scoops (70g) Cellucor Red Velvet Cake Batter
1/2c (40g) unsweet cocoa powder
~2T (16g) FF/SF chocolate pudding mix
3T stevia (to taste)
1/2c (113g) Greek yogurt
1/2c (120g) pumpkin
3T (46g) liquid egg whites
1/2c unsweet vanilla almond milk
*Red Food coloring if you want!

1)Preheat oven to 350. Combine all the dry ingredients. Stir in the wet. Batter will be thick. Pour in a greased baking pan (mine was 10x6 but a square would probably work too!) Bake 18-20 min. They will seem a little undercooked- that's good! Let them cool, cut into 8 equal pieces, then refrigerate at least an hour and they taste amazing!

Frosting:
150g (~2/3c) Greek yogurt
90g (6T) FF cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia to taste
