q Directions

1 scoop (34g) @Cellucor PB Marshmallow whey
1/2c (113g) FF cottage cheese
2T (12g) PB2
1/2 T (11g) honey
1 cup unsweet vanilla almond milk
6 ice cubes
↪️Blend it all together.
*Topped off here with a little FF whip and a peanut butter drizzle.
*To make higher carb replace ice cubes with half a frozen banana
