² Ingredients

  •  100 g Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten)
  •  1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  •  1/8 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Spice Classics Italian Seasoning
  •  0.1 tsp Cumin
  •  0.05 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 oz) Kroger 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 flatbread) Flatout Light Original Flatbread
  •  0.46 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Kroger Black Beans
  •  20 g Red Onions
  •  40 g Cooked Red Peppers
  •  30 g Avocados
  •  4 dash Sea Salt
  •  3 dash Black Pepper
   

q Directions

100g cooked sweet potato
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp italian seasoning
Dash of cumin
Cayenne Pepper to taste
14g (2T) reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 Flatoutbread Light Original Wrap
60g (~2T) black beans
20g finely chopped raw red onion
40g roasted red pepper slices
30g diced avocado
Sea Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salsa for dipping

1)Preheat oven to 350.
2) In a small bowl, mash sweet potato with the spices. Spread the mixture into the center of the wrap. Sprinkle on the cheese.
3) Layer the black beans, red onion, red pepper, and avocado on top of the sweet potato and cheese. Season to taste.
4) Fold in the small sides of the wrap first, then roll up long ways. Wrap in foil and bake 10-15 minutes until warm. Serve with salsa.
