This delicious parfait is layered with a vanilla mugcake, a chocolate caramel sauce, and a peanut butter cream. And recipe is both dairy free and vegan!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 container) So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt - Plain
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Baker's Corner Baking Cocoa
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Chatfield's Date Sugar
   

q Directions

Reese's inspired mugcake parfait - dairy free, vegan

- 4 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour (or another tbsp whole wheat)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ~1/2 cup coconut milk

Combine ingredients to make your mugcake. Add enough milk to make a batter. Microwave batter for about 1 min 30 sec then set aside to make your pb cream:

- 1/3 cup dairy free coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- splash coconut milk

Combine all 3 ingredients until smooth and creamy. Set aside to make your chocolate sauce:

- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- couple tsp date sugar
- splash coconut milk

Combine ingredients, adding mill to reach desired consistency. Get out a small bowl or glass and layer your mugcake, pb cream, and chocolate sauce. Top off with a handful of peanuts. Enjoy
