GIRL SCOUT COOKIES ARE EVERYWHERE!! On every corner of every street. But this protein shake will hit the spot and make it easier for you to pass by those devilish stands! Simple to make and tastes A-MAZ-ING!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese ( I use one %- and i promise you won't notice it and it thickens the shake and adds 14 grams protein)
1 Scoop chocolate protein powder OR vanilla protein and a TBS chocolate sugar free pudding - I have made it both ways
1/2 C water
8ish ice cubes
1/4 tsp walden farms caramel strip of SF caramel sauce
1-3 drop coconut extract
6-8 vanilla stevia drops or a stevia packet
1/8-1/4 xanthan to thicken (xanthan is optional but makes it really feel like a thick shake)

I topped mine with a a few pieces of square bar Almond cocnut protein bar chopped up
